Refunds
When you get your money back
The deposit pays for a physician's review of your records. Whether that review ends in a letter or a decline, the work happened — so the rule is simply whether the review has started.
Physician declines after reviewing your records
No balance is charged. The deposit is retained.
The deposit pays for the physician's review of your records. That work happens whether or not the evidence supports a favourable opinion, so it is not refunded. You are never charged the remaining balance.
You cancel before the physician starts your review
Full refund of the deposit.
If you cancel before a physician has been assigned and begun reviewing your records, the deposit is refunded in full to your original payment method.
We cannot match you with a qualified physician
Full refund of the deposit.
If no physician on our panel is licensed and qualified to opine on your condition, we refund the deposit in full and tell you why.
Full terms are in our refund policy.
Questions
About paying
$149 finds out whether you have a case.
A physician reads your whole file before anyone writes anything, and tells you honestly what it supports.
